While the west engages in the dysgenic policy of mass immigration from the third world China surges ahead by using the CRISPR–Cas9 technique on a human publicly for the first time last year. While not much of a technological breakthrough it does provide an inroad for public acceptance of future changes to the human genome. Without the Judeo-Christian value system the west is restricted by, or the cries of Hitler, China has the potential to see a revolution in eugenics.
A genetic caste system controlled by the central planners has a chance to work in China due to their social environment. Powerful environmentally hardy low intelligence workers overseen by extraordinarily smart technocrats, with the common people stuck in the middle somewhere. For the glory of China the possibility of such a future is not impossible if Chinese scientists are able to completely map the inner workings of complex polygenic traits.
